Cancellation Policy

This charge is for booking one child for the 2025-2026 school year, Early Childhood Program at Maria Montessori Academy. A $150 non-refundable registration fee will be included in the first payment. If you want to pull your child out at any time, please notify the main office at Maria Montessori Academy. We will stop the monthly payments from reoccurring after your child's last day. Their last day can be any time before or up until the day before the next monthly payment charge happens. There will be no prorating. Your account will be charged the next full month's amount if you fail to terminate before the charges happen. If you paid for the school year in full, then you will be refunded for the months that your child did not participate in.
